We transformed a date previously overlooked by the telecom industry - Children's Day - into an unforgettable experience.
The iconic sign-off of a child saying "Oi" at the end of our commercials has become a hallmark of our brand, featuring hundreds of children over the years. This Children's Day, we decided to extend this opportunity to every child in Brazil, inviting them to become an "Oi child."
Parents were encouraged to bring their young stars to our stores to record a cheerful "oi", which would then feature as the sign-off in a web commercial. Our stores were transformed into mini studios where these greetings were captured. On our campaign website, the videos were seamlessly edited into official Oi commercials. Parents could easily search for their child's name on the site to find the personalized commercial and share the joy across social media platforms.
This initiative not only celebrated the essence of Children's Day but also strengthened the bond between our brand and families nationwide, creating cherished memories and amplifying our presence both online and offline.
